Support
After you have the software, you can still write.
Package requests, setup, use, faults, and suggestions all share one form. After you submit, you get a reference. Later lookups and additions use that reference. Development commissions belong on the commission page, where a budget is required.

Questions
Is the software paid?
The three programs in the public list are free, and the programs themselves are released under the MIT licence. The 7-Zip build called by easyZIP keeps its own LGPL licence.
Why is there no direct download?
After we check the build, the package is sent because you asked for it, together with a checksum, so a swapped file cannot be passed off as ours. Once the package is placed in the site's release directory, the product page lists it directly.
May I pass it to a colleague?
Yes. Keep the licence notice in the software. If you want the Yide name taken off and an organization's own brand put on, that is ODM or OEM, and it is a commission.
Where is the industry software?
A system built for one trade does not enter the public list. easySee and easyZIP can do everyday work in images, archives, and file delivery. For a private system, submit the brief and the budget.
What makes a letter easy to answer?
Name the software, the edition, and the operating system, then what you did, what appeared on screen, and what you hoped to see. For a package, name the system it must run on.
What is the reference for?
Every letter gets one. Bring it when you add detail, or when you ask to see, correct, or delete a record. A letter is kept for twenty-four months from the day it is received.
How is a suggestion different from a fault?
A fault is this edition failing to do what it describes. A suggestion is a capability you would like added or removed. Both are read. We will look at a suggestion, and that does not by itself mean we will put it in the next edition. To reshape the software around your own workflow, commission it.
