We keep a letter so we can answer it.
Shaanxi Yide Software Co., Ltd. is responsible for handling this information. This page explains what the site collects, why it is collected, how long it is kept, and what you may ask us to do. Letters come in only through the forms on this site.
What is collected
The name, organization, email, phone, brief or question, budget, and system details you enter in the support, commission, and contact forms. We do not ask for account passwords, and please do not write in anyone else's.
The language choice is stored in your own browser, under the key yide-lang. It is not a cookie used for tracking. The site has no advertising and no analytics script.
What it is for, and where it is kept
This information is used only to answer package requests, support notes, and development commissions, and the matters you raise on the contact page. The server appends each record to the receiving file, and keeps the reference and the UTC time. These records are not published on the site, not sold, and not used to profile you.
If the receiving service cannot be reached just then, the browser keeps only the reference and not the text of the letter. References like this begin with LOCAL, which means the company has not received it yet. Please send it again later.
Type
The page uses the typefaces already on your device. It does not ask another site for font files.
How long we keep it, and what you can ask
A letter is kept for twenty-four months from the day it arrives, then deleted by the server, except where the law requires it to stay. With the reference, you can use the contact page to ask to see, correct, or delete the record earlier.
This notice changes with the site. Continuing to use a form means you have seen the version then on the page.
