Under your name
The software appears under the client's own name, mark, and delivery requirements. It fits an organization that needs a product of its own, and it also fits a personal tool with a defined job.
Commission
Individuals and organizations may both commission work. OEM is made to your brand and specification. ODM changes software Yide already has. If the budget is not settled yet, choose “not yet agreed”.

Start from easyMusic, easySee, easyZIP, or engineering already in hand; change the interface, change the brand, or add your own workflow.
This form is an enquiry, not an order. Scope, fee, and timeline are written down, and development starts only after both sides confirm them.
Process
Who it is for, what it must do, and roughly what it may cost.
We reply with the scope, the time, and whether we can take it.
We build the scope both sides have written down and confirmed. At the important points, it can be checked again.
Installation, notes, and support afterward.
An individual, or a particular kind of person inside an organization. What they use now, and where it falls short.
Without these, the software cannot be made. Separate what this round must include from what can wait.
If the name, the mark, and the delivery requirements are the client's, that is OEM. If it starts from easyMusic, easySee, easyZIP, or engineering already in hand, that is ODM. If you have not decided, say so.
A range is enough, and the amount is in renminbi. If the time is not settled, choose to be discussed. The figures are there to see whether the work fits, and they can still be changed before confirmation.
Setup, notes, source code, training, or support afterwards: write down everything you consider part of the delivery. Anything left out of the written confirmation is not yet agreed.
